Program specifically designed for both for males and females adults 18 and older who desire to:
- Improve their fitness level
- Gain mental clarity
- Reduce stress
- Shed a few pounds
- And get off the couch, off the phone and away from the tv
Here is what you can expect in this program:
- Freedom to participate in other classes if you desire
- More females than males in this program
- No requirement to learn Korean or any other language
- Ability to do the class virtually (using zoom)
- No requirement to learn our patterns (i.e. Chon-ji, etc)
- No requirement to jump, flip, fall or roll on the floor
- Belt progress will be offered,
