Program specifically designed for adults 18 and older who desire to:

  • Improve their fitness level
  • Gain mental clarity
  • Reduce stress
  • Shed a few pounds
  • And get off the couch, off the phone and away from the tv

Here is what you can expect in this program:

  • Freedom to participate in other classes if you desire
  • No requirement to learn Korean or any other language
  • Ability to do the class virtually (using zoom)
  • No requirement to learn our patterns (i.e. Chon-ji, etc)
  • No requirement to jump, flip, fall or roll on the floor
  • Belt progress will be offered,
